What the minimum order means
Our standard minimum is 100 pieces per design. A "design" is one shape in one colourway; a second shape, or the same shape in a different colourway, counts as a separate design. Different designs can often share one production run, which is how small branded programmes stay affordable.
How quantity moves the unit price
Unit price falls as quantity rises because the tooling and setup are spread over more pieces. The mould cost is fixed, so the per-piece share shrinks. Typical movement is steepest between the first and second price break, then flattens — there is no infinite discount, only the point where setup is fully absorbed.
What else changes the price besides quantity
- Number of designs. Each new design adds a setup; consolidate shapes to reduce setups.
- Number of colours. More moulded spot colours add material and process steps.
- Material. Food-grade silicone and rubber compounds cost more than standard soft PVC.
- Finishes and effects. Glitter, glow, metallic and embossing add steps.
- Packing. Individual polybag is cheapest; backing cards, display boxes and custom cartons add cost.
- Tooling. First order carries the one-off mould charge; reorders do not.

Can I order below 100 pieces?
The standard minimum is 100 per design. Below that, the fixed tooling and setup dominate the price; tell us the situation and we will say if it is viable.
Do more colours cost more?
Up to 8 moulded spot colours are standard; each additional colour beyond the base adds material and process steps, which is reflected in the quote.
Is shipping included?
Quotations are usually ex-works or FOB; sea and air freight are quoted separately by destination and volume.
How do I get the best unit price?
Consolidate designs, confirm realistic volume, and choose standard finishes. We show the volume break-even on the quotation.
Minimum order and lead time?
100 pieces per design; sampling 5–7 days; production 12–30 days after artwork approval. Free 3D modelling before tooling.
