How a Custom PVC or Silicone Order Works

Six steps from your first message to a shipped carton. Most projects complete in three to six weeks, including sampling. Nothing is tooled until you have approved a digital mock-up and, where required, a physical sample.

1

Brief and artwork

Send any of: a vector logo, a sketch, a photograph of an existing product, a CAD file, or a written description. Tell us the quantity, the colours and the deadline. We confirm feasibility and flag anything that will not mould cleanly — usually within one working day.

2

Free 3D modelling

Our designers build a 3D model of your part and send you multi-view renders with dimensions and colour call-outs. Revisions are free at this stage. This is the step that prevents expensive surprises, so we do not rush it.

3

Quotation

You receive a written quotation covering the one-off mould charge, the unit price at your quantity, the tooling lead time and the production lead time. Incoterms (FOB, CIF or DDP) are stated explicitly.

4

Pre-production sample

A physical sample is produced from a soft tool or the production mould, typically in 5–7 days. We photograph it, measure it against the drawing, and ship it to you for sign-off before mass production starts.

5

Mass production

Production runs 12–30 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and finishing. Work in progress is inspected in-process rather than only at the end, so deviations are caught while they can still be corrected.

6

QC, packing and shipping

A final AQL inspection checks colour, dimensions, print registration, attachment strength and packing. Cartons are labelled and shipped by sea, air or courier. Export documents for your customs broker are issued in the same week.

Payment and mould ownership

The standard arrangement is a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment, paid by T/T. Moulds are made exclusively for your design: once the one-off mould charge is paid, that tooling is reserved for your artwork and is not used to produce parts for other customers. Reorders carry no mould charge.

Shipping and lead times

Standard production lead time is 12–30 days after artwork approval, and pre-production samples are ready in 5–7 days. Goods ship from Guangdong, China by sea freight (typically 25–40 days to the Americas and Europe), air freight, or express courier for samples and small runs. FOB, CIF and DDP terms are all available.
