The standard options
- Individual polybag. The default: cheapest, protects the part, ready to ship or count.
- Backing card. A printed card behind the part for retail or gifting presentation.
- Retail / presentation carton. A custom box for premium or gift programmes.
- Bulk pack. Loose or in bags by the hundred for distributors and promo fulfilment.
Export packing
For shipment we use cartons with inner protection sized to the part and the freight method — sea and air have different constraints. Tell us the destination and volume and we pack to survive the route.
How packing affects cost and MOQ
Polybag is included in the standard price. Backing cards and custom cartons add material and a setup, which is reflected in the unit price and may affect the practical minimum for a custom-printed pack. Consolidating pack types across a programme reduces setup.
