Capabilities: Design, Tooling, Moulding and Finishing
Lingvent Design is a custom manufacturer, not a trading company. Design, mould making, moulding, finishing and packing happen in the same facility, which is why we can quote a mould cost and a unit price together and hold a delivery date.
3D modelling and design
Deliverables: multi-view 3D renders, dimensioned 2D layouts, colour call-out sheets, and print-ready artwork for inserts and backing cards. We work from vector logos, CAD files, sketches or reference photographs. Modelling is free and revisions are free before tooling starts.
Mould making
Steel and aluminium moulds are cut on site for both soft PVC and silicone tooling. Typical mould lead time is 5–10 working days. Moulds are built exclusively around your artwork: once the one-off mould charge is paid, the tooling is reserved for your design and reorders carry no mould charge.
Moulding
Soft PVC is produced by injection and multi-part assembly; silicone by compression and injection moulding, including two-shot dual-colour tooling. Wall thickness is controlled to ±0.15 mm on flat PVC parts, which is what keeps a fine logo edge readable at 3 mm thickness.
Finishing
Hand painting, masked spray finishing, glitter and glow compounds, metallic coating, laser numbering and assembly of multi-part figures. Painting is done in batches by colour so that tonal match holds across a whole order.
Quality control
Incoming material verification, in-process inspection during moulding and finishing, and a final AQL inspection before packing. Checks cover colour against the approved chip, dimensions against the drawing, print registration, fitting strength and packing integrity.
Packing and export
Polybag, backing card, window box, blister and retail carton packing. Barcode and labelling to your specification. Export documentation prepared for sea, air and courier shipments under FOB, CIF or DDP terms.

Materials and compliance
Soft PVC is moulded with phthalate-free plasticisers (ATBC). Silicone is 100% food-grade and platinum-cured, BPA-free, and rated from −40 °C to 230 °C. REACH, RoHS, EN71 and food-contact test documentation can be provided on request for the specific material and market you are selling into. Where a market requires a specific test report, tell us the market at the brief stage so the correct compound is selected from the outset.
