What temperature can the nameplates withstand?
Our platinum-cured silicone holds −40 °C to 230 °C in continuous service, covering drill, grinder and saw housings and hotter welder bodies. Tell us a higher working temperature and we quote the compound.
Will they stay stuck under vibration?
Yes. The plate is flexible so it dissipates impact instead of passing it into the adhesive line, and we match the backing to the housing material (ABS, nylon, painted metal, powder coat).
What is the minimum order and lead time?
100 pieces per design. Pre-production sample in 5–7 days, mass production 12–30 days after artwork approval. Free 3D modelling before any steel is cut.
