Lingvent Design manufactures custom soft PVC keychains for brand merchandise, promotional campaigns and retail programmes. Every keyring starts as a 3D model built from your artwork, so the finished piece reproduces your logo geometry instead of approximating it. Flat 2D, raised 3D relief and double-sided constructions are all produced on the same line.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC keychain?

100 pieces per design. Mixed designs can be combined into one production run to reach the minimum.

How long does a custom PVC keychain take to produce?

A pre-production sample is ready in 5–7 days. Mass production runs 12–30 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and finishing.

Can you match an exact Pantone colour?

Yes. We match to Pantone C or give you a physical colour chip for approval before the mould is cut.

Is soft PVC safe and phthalate-free?

Our soft PVC is moulded with phthalate-free plasticisers (ATBC). REACH, RoHS and EN71 test documentation can be provided on request.
