Soft PVC is the economical workhorse of custom moulding. It feels rubbery, takes sharp 2D relief and clean colour separation, and uses simple two-part moulds so tooling is cheap and fast. It is the default for flat and lightly relief parts: keychains, magnets, tags, badges, 3D figures and sew-on labels. It is not food-contact safe and tops out around 60 °C, but for branded merchandise and retail programmes it is the best value per piece.

Is soft PVC safe and phthalate-free?
Yes. We mould with phthalate-free plasticisers (ATBC). REACH, RoHS and EN71 test documentation can be provided on request.
Why is soft PVC cheaper than silicone?
It uses simpler two-part moulds and a faster cycle, and the material itself costs less. That is why it wins on unit price for 100–5,000 piece runs.
Can soft PVC hold fine detail?
Yes — it is excellent for sharp 2D relief and clean colour separation, which is why it is used for logo keychains and badges with fine edges.
What is the minimum order for soft PVC?
100 pieces per design. Mixed designs can share one production run to reach the minimum.
