Silicone is our highest-performance elastomer. We mould 100% platinum-cured, BPA-free silicone by compression and LSR (liquid silicone rubber) injection, including two-shot dual-colour tooling. It withstands −40 °C to 230 °C, stays flexible for years, and is the only material here that is food-contact safe as standard. That makes it the right choice for kitchenware, beverage and tool accessories, medical-adjacent parts and anywhere a part is touched or washed often.

Is your silicone really food grade?
Yes. We use 100% platinum-cured, BPA-free silicone rated for food contact (FDA / LFGB families). Food-contact test documentation can be provided on request for the market you sell into.
What temperature can silicone parts handle?
Our food-grade silicone is stable from −40 °C to 230 °C, so it covers oven, dishwasher, boiling and freezer use — far beyond soft PVC.
Can silicone be moulded in two colours?
Yes. We run two-shot dual-colour LSR tooling, which is how we produce crisp two-tone logos and sealed colour boundaries without painting.
What is the minimum order for custom silicone?
100 pieces per design, the same as our soft PVC line. Samples are ready in 5–7 days.
