Custom Rubber Moulding

Compression and injection rubber moulding for seals, gaskets and dampers from 100 pieces.

tennis shock absorbers

Rubber is the material buyers reach for when a part has to seal, absorb shock or resist oil, weather and abrasion. We mould custom rubber in EPDM, NBR (nitrile) and silicone rubber by compression and injection, including overmoulding onto metal or plastic inserts. Typical parts are gaskets, O-rings, seals, vibration dampers, bellows and bushings. Compound and hardness are selected per project — tell us the application and environment and we specify the right rubber.

Frequently asked questions

Which rubber compound should I choose?

It depends on the environment: EPDM for weather and ozone resistance, NBR (nitrile) for oil and fuel resistance, silicone rubber for heat and food-contact grades. Tell us where the part lives and we specify the compound.

Can you mould rubber onto metal or plastic?

Yes. We offer rubber-to-metal and rubber-to-plastic overmoulding for bonded seals, mounts and inserts.

Is rubber moulding food safe?

Only specific food-grade compounds are. If the part contacts food or potable water, say so at the brief so we select and test the right compound.

What is the minimum order for custom rubber?

From 100 pieces per design for standard compounds. Sampling runs 7–10 days; confirm exact lead time against your drawing.
