White label vs private label
White label is our existing product sold under your name with minimal change. Private label / OEM is a product built to your specification — your shape, colours, packaging and often your tooling. Most distributor and agency programmes sit in the private-label end because that is where margin and differentiation live.
The OEM production path
- Brief and artwork — you supply the brand assets and spec.
- Free 3D model and sample — we prove the design before cutting steel.
- Tooling — a one-off mould dedicated to your design, not re-charged on reorders.
- Production — 12–30 days after approval, with neutral packing on request.
- Blind shipping — cartons carry your brand, not the factory's.
What you should lock down in the contract
- Exclusivity of tooling. The mould is yours; we do not reuse it for another client's identical part.
- Material compliance. Phthalate-free PVC and food-grade silicone statements in writing.
- Neutral packing. Polybag, backing card or plain carton, no factory traceability.
- MOQ. 100 pieces per design; volume pricing on reorders.
Our promotional and corporate programmes page covers how we package this for agencies and distributors.
FAQ
Will my design leak to another customer?
No. Tooling is dedicated to your design and we do not produce an identical part for a competitor. Ask for this in writing.
Can you ship blind to my fulfilment centre?
Yes. Neutral cartons with your branding, shipped to your address or your 3PL, are standard for private-label programmes.
Do you provide compliance documentation?
Yes — material compliance statements (phthalate-free PVC, food-grade silicone) are supplied on request for customs and retailer requirements.
What is the minimum for a private-label run?
100 pieces per design; sampling 5–7 days, production 12–30 days after artwork approval.
