Why MOQ 100 matters

A 100-piece minimum per design lets you test a logo, a market or a conference giveaway without tying up capital. It also lets you run several designs in one programme instead of betting everything on one. Above that, cost per unit keeps falling as volume rises.

How a moulded PVC keychain is made

  1. 3D modelling. We model your artwork free and render it so you see the relief before any steel is cut.
  2. Mould cutting. The steel mould is CNC-cut to ±0.01 mm so edges and microtext stay sharp.
  3. Injection. Phthalate-free soft PVC is injected into the cavity and cures to a dense, flexible part.
  4. Finishing. Edges, colour fill and attachment (split-ring, clip, lobster) are checked and packed.

What you can customise

  • Shape — die-cut to your outline, not a stock rectangle
  • Colour — up to 8 moulded spot colours, Pantone matched
  • Relief — 2D logo, 3D sculpted figure, or embedded metal/glitter
  • Attachment — split ring, ball chain, clip, carabiner or custom
  • Back — flat, printed text, or a bottle opener / torch function

For the full set of options see our custom PVC keychains page.

The safe path to production

Free 3D model → physical sample in 5–7 days → approve → mass production 12–30 days → ship. Tooling is a one-off charge and repeat orders are not re-charged.

FAQ

Is 100 pieces really enough to test a market?
For a giveaway, launch or sales sample, yes. It is enough to put the product in front of real users and learn before scaling.

Can I run six designs at MOQ 100 each?
Yes — MOQ is per design, so a 600-piece order across six designs is normal and keeps each design affordable to trial.

What does the sample cost?
3D modelling is free and we supply a physical sample before mass production; tooling is a one-off charge dedicated to your design.

How accurate is the logo relief?
Moulds are CNC-cut to ±0.01 mm, so 3D logos and microtext render sharp, with no blur or glue overflow.
