Why moulded tags over printed card
Printed card tags tear, smudge and get binned. A moulded PVC or silicone tag keeps its shape, colour and printing through years of handling, which is exactly what airlines, hotels and tour operators need from a branded tag.
What to specify
- Shape. Rectangle, rounded, or die-cut to a brand shape.
- Material. Soft PVC for vivid colour, or silicone for a softer premium feel.
- Strap. Adjustable webbing, loop or beaded chain in a matching colour.
- ID window. A clear window for a name card, or a full-print back.
- Print. Up to 8 moulded spot colours plus printed detail.

FAQ
Which is better, PVC or silicone?

Can the strap colour match the tag?
Yes — straps are produced in matching colours so the tag reads as one branded item.
Do you do an ID window version?
Yes — a clear window for a name card is standard, or we can print the back fully.
Minimum order and lead time?
