How a 3D figure is built
Soft PVC figures are moulded in separate parts (head, body, limbs, accessories) and assembled, because undercuts and colour changes cannot come from a single simple mould. Each coloured section is its own cavity. That is why a clean, readable silhouette matters more than fine surface detail.

FAQ
Can you sculpt from a 2D logo?
Often yes — we build a 3D model from your 2D artwork and render it for approval before cutting steel. Complex characters may need a reference or concept.
How many colours can a figure have?
Up to 8 moulded spot colours, Pantone matched; each colour is a separate moulded section.
Will small detail survive at 5 cm?
Fine surface detail does not; a strong silhouette and bold colour blocks do. We design for readability at the final size.
Minimum order and lead time?
100 pieces per design; sampling 5–7 days; production 12–30 days after artwork approval.
